Biography
Ian Edelman is currently Web Manager for Hampshire County Council's Culture, Communities and Business Services. An archaeologist by training and traditional museum curator by background, he became Web Manager for the Hampshire Museums Service in 1998, having worked in curatorial roles for the service since 1987, and previously at other museums in the UK.
He also undertakes consultancy and training on 'cultural heritage and the web' as well as freelance website development. He has been a Best of the Web Judge, Museums and the Web 2006-9.
